Quite floral for a Chablis. Rich fruit almost tropical at times. Cheese rind. Some bitterness. Not mineral driven.

Pale straw in color. Lots of citrus, vanilla and fresh baked bread on the nose. On the palate the citrus shows front and center with tastes of lemon. In addition there is a slight hint of salinity and minerality. This wine is medium bodied with an silky mouthfeel and a long fruit bounded finish. A really good wine.
