2013 vintage. The 100% whole clusters come through in the still-substantial structure of this wine. Bright red and blue fruits dusty tannins and a very nice finish. Still seems young, but very nice now with a brief decant.

Lovely, sensual nose as I have come to expect from JK...balanced red to dark fruits as juice evolves in the glass

Cherry fruit, with spice and tea notes finishing with cranberry. Fuller bodied for a Pinot. I am quite frustrated by Kutch. All wine is subjective but I disagree with most of the ratings. To me it comes off as young, green and harsh. I see the potential but find the "greenness" at this stage quite off-putting. I opened a bottle just to see where things stood. I have quite a bit of it in the cellar so it's pretty frustrating that it's nowhere near ready IMHO.

This is in a good place right now. The intense whole cluster fermentation structure is settling down and it's drinking nicely now. Bright red fruits with a lively finish. 2013 vintage.

Wow. Definitely the rich dark fruit of Sonoma Coast but still lean and light on alcohol (12. 3%) but heavy on flavor and intensity. Secondary foresty and mild spice too. Very very good
