Not sure about this. Full body for sure. Not sweet but what else

Good, not great but good

Better on day 2. Fresh, luscious, slightly off-dry, mineral finish. Lovely mouthfeel. Need to drink more saké. 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵

pure but just short on everything.

I drank it cold. Excellent, dry, nutty, & very clean on the palette.

Slightly sweet but not candy. Light body and not hot.
