Like a slightly more rounded, subtle champagne, with much more crisp apple and green citrus notes and just a hint of brioche, vegetal / grassy notes, and freshly torn bread crusts on the nose and palate.

I decided 2020 sucked so bad it didn’t deserve Champagne on New Years Eve. So we drank this lovely Cremant from Alsace, which is really better than 2020 deserves also. But I just can’t bring myself to drink wine terrible enough to reflect how this year has gone. This was actually quite good. Have to get some more.
