Bright and ripe and friendly. Groundbreaking? Soulmoving? Nah but balanced and friendly and not bad with fries. The eye: medium golden yellow. The nose: ripe lemon, Meyer lemon, ripe golden apple, a hint of honey. Tongue: dry AF, so much acid alcohol my guess? Tastes like13%ab 12.5% whaaaaa okay. On the taste buds more of the nose: ripe and raw apple some white pear some citrus acid and earth. Look for the acid. Always the acid.

Apple and cherry blossoms on the nose. Very crisp, with lots of acid. Green apple, with hints of mandarin orange. Dry, the way I like Alsace wines. This will age well.
