Nose is honey, honeysuckle, rose petal, and candied ginger. Dry on the palate with honey, honeydew melon, and ginger notes without the sweetness. A lingering melon finish. A slight hint of petrol throughout. Low alcohol and medium plus acid. Fabulous.

Always impressed with whites that's marries sweet flavors with a crisp dry finish. Great balance between bright acidity with flavors of lemon custard, honey suckle, lime, and crisp minerality.
