Frangipani, lime zest, lome candy, tonic water touch of aged characters coming through of slight rubber and kero. Good length, slight chalky mouthfeel. Crisp acid.

Refreshing pear and lime throughout.
Light/medium body and subtle palet.

Fresh. Gentle. There’s a lovely softness to the citrus notes, but ample acid to clean things up and pair well with saganaki.

Generic mineralogy with not too much on the finish

Biscuity, creamy mouthfeel with great acidity. Zesty citrus palate, absolutely divine
