Jun 12th, 2016Much less than expected, which is good. Figured it was going to a massive fruit bomb, but instead, it was actually nuanced with spices, smoke, bacon, & decent acidity.

Dec 27th, 2015Drinking a little hot at the moment burning off a little as it opens up. Jammy red fruits and cedar up front with smoky meats coming through as well. Pleasant as always. Will benefit with more aging.
