Stunningly complex and layered with evolving auto lysis aromas adding nuance and depth to its distinctive fruit profile. Great acidity and grip here, so better wait another 5+ years before pulling another cork. Amazing length.

Built more like a great Burgundy than Champagne. Toasty ,nutty ,spicy ,with ripe apple and the excellent acidity of the vintage, finishes with minerals and tons of dry extract . A great bottle!
