A Santa Barbara area Pinot. Deep Ruby color with aromas of red fruits, forest floor and spice, spent about 15 months in French oak (50% new). On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with cedar notes, cinnamon spice and earthy herbs. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak and an earthy character. Nice! Drinking well now!

Mellow and fruity - could use another few years of bottle aging to bring umami notes to life.

Red fruit, cherry, cedar, wet leaves and stone. Mouth coating with a good touch of acidity to keep it interesting. Finish is grippy and lasts.

Probably one of the nicest surprises this year. Got to taste this again and great to remember how blown away I was by its peculiar Burgundian style. Notes of wet leafs, forest floor, mushroom, earth, fresh sunkissed cherries, roses. Immediately knew what to expect on the palate. Cheers.

Pale Ruby in color with smooth and gentle tannins, flavors of oak and cherry over lighter mineral, blackberry, and a touch of lavender.

Light fruit on the nose. Lush and smooth, like wrapping your tongue in a light fruit, velvet bath, with a light spice finish. I would not have guessed it's a pinot.
