Very expressive nose - with lemon peel, some white peach and a lot of mountain - mountain herbs & flowers, grass, minerality. Fresh & clean as a mountain spring. Juicy and quite herby-savoury on the palate. Cool & fresh with rocky minerality. Nice depth & great length. This is a really nice one - for an apero but also with food
