Holy crap this is good! Beautiful aromatics, nice minerality, and a little bit of petrol on the nose with enough RS to give it nice
weight.

I made a coriander & fennel crusted pork for Mother's Day dinner (it was a treat to cook while others watched the baby). This Riesling was just the ticket to wash it down.

Lacking acidity

Big fruit & expression. Lovely stuff.

There is something different that might be Terroir. Less rich Riesling style than the tricked

Lovely wine, the bit of sweetness seems to push it up in weight. A little less focused & precise than the Trocken wines. Still delicious & very versatile with food
