Maple, bacon fat, vanilla, cedar, black rasperry, chocolate, raisins and spice on the nose. Rich and full bodied, the palate is dense with notes of dried dark fruits, chocolate, rosemary, black cherry, cola and a hint of strawberrry. Silky mouthfeel with structured tannins. The lingering finish is a nice balance of sweet and savory with a tobacco and wood backdrop. Definitely hits hard at 16%.
