Nice scarlet purple. Clear and vibrant in the glass. Strawberry, raspberry and roses in the nose. Very CA Pinot in its fruit, alcohol and structure. A little heavy but a nice wine

2001, 2003 and 2004 side by side, tasting in that same order: 2001 the best, followed by 2003, 2004 disappointing. Interestingly, all are labelled as 14.1%. Would love to know actual ABVs.
