An off note this year. Brett? Could be sulphur. Will update review after tasting again tonight. K so two days later, so good again! A little leaner than 2019. Surprised!

Gran Selezione for $18 at Costco. Had to buy a bottle to try at this price. Drank well above the price point. Actually produced by Basilica Cafaggio. Red fruit, black fruit, earthy, med tannins, good acidity. Went back to get a half case. Of course, all gone.

Give this one some time to open up. Wild cherry + dried cherries, touch of dried herbs on the nose. Medium plus body, juicy acidity and grippy tannins cruising out on a long finish. Lovely #chianticlassico#granselezione for under $20. #costcowines
