@Delectable Wine it’s Pinot Noir not Blanc. Thanks.

This is aging so well. Nose is big brioche, white cherries, some intense minerality and a lovely yeastiness. Palate is sappy and rich with lovely clear Pinot fruit and a hit of opulence texturally and so fresh, clean and refreshing. Just perfect for an oppressively humid day.

Drinks above its weight - faint berries and piercing acid. Bubbles a little thick, but otherwise QPR stuff.

Zippy, yeasty, whiffs of green apple, cherry, lemon, and white wonder bread.

A salty sour wine with big bubbles that dissipate quickly, with enough underneath to not leave you hanging.
