Bright pyrazine echoes and bright citrus dominate the nose. Enough unripe tomato skin/gooseberry to make it varietal, and bright enough to match with a dozen oysters. Very pretty wine, maybe my favorite white for about ten bucks. Great balance of minimal residual sugar (.3?) and vervet acidity. No reason to lay it down, just crack the cap and sip and nibble goat cheese, crab cakes or a steak au poivre.
