Estate Grown Calistoga Sauvignon Blanc

Grapefruit, ripe peach, lemon candy and Granny Smith apple. Racy acidity and great minerality.

White peaches and gooseberry. Has a glorious creamy texture that I don’t normally associate with Sauvignon blanc, and paired with perfect tartness. I love this! Also, I preferred this after it warmed up a bit. Unleashed all the fruitiness.

This is a good wine with ripe fruit, flowers and a BEAUTIFUL NOSE. Well done for $20 bucks. I'm so glad Patrick Chapman (Screaming Eagle) has landed here. Call him and stock up now for spring. V16. My favorite Sauv Blanc. Grapefruit zest nose. Pear, grapefruit and Meyer lemon fruit. Crisp, mineral, medium bodied finish.

Light yellow in color. Nose: Tropical fruit. Palate: wet stone, peach, citrus. Medium body, long finish.
