From one of Ken’s 14 single-vineyards, Latchkey, displays big ripe fruit!! Ruby with pronounced berry fruit, sweet nutty spice and very slight earthy aromas. On the palate ripe strawberry and cherry fruit flavors with tea and licorice notes, lively acidity adding black pepper and earthy herb spices. Long finish, fine tannins, ending with bright mineral tones. Nice, very plush, a winner!!

What a stunning display of elegance and harmony. Funky nose with bramble fruit and juicy cherry. Palate is spicy, floral, fruit forward but not fruit dominant. Unbelievable nuance and dimension.

We had the 2016 and 2018 Vintage’s on 7/3-4/25 in a vertical tasting. The 2016 has more blueberry, sassafras and tea. The 2018 has more strawberry, red cherry and cedar. Both are good, both are fruit forward and medium bodied. both are good representatives of a good Oregonian Pinot Noir

We had the 2016 Vintage on 7/26-27/24. Scents and tastes of black cherry, strawberry, sandalwood and baking spice. A nice wine that is not complex.

We had the 2015 Vintage on 6/3/23 for Cindy’s birthday. Had a wonderful bouquet and plenty of fruit. Well balanced and medium bodied. Well done.

Very good Pinot Noir. First time I have had an Oregon Pinot. Subtle bouquet. Hints of cherry and strawberry taste. Ranks in the top of Pinot we have enjoyed over the years.
