Kelley Fox Wines
Durant Vineyard Lark Block Chardonnay
Pale in the glass, looks promising. Wine has peach rings, Meyer lemon, pear, flowers, subtly buttery. Makes a great case for OR chard

Jul 2nd, 2021An extraordinary wine - amphora-fermented, full Malo but vibrant acidity, a laser-focused thread of minerality with exceptional balance and a beautiful hint of flinty smoke in the background. Lemon, green apple, peach, acacia and the barest lick of butterscotch with a long, tingling finish. Love this gorgeous wine.

Jul 22nd, 2021Notes of lemon, ripe green apple, and vanilla, with perhaps some caramel or butterscotch on the finish as well. Creamy and luxurious, but well-balanced with refreshing minerality and a nice backbone of acidity. An absolutely gorgeous wine. Really enjoying Oregonian Chardonnay as a more affordable alternative to high-quality white Burgundy. Purchased at Suburban Wines in Yorktown Heights, NY.

Mar 23rd, 2021Hot off the FedEx truck and absolutely crushing it. Brilliant sparkling clear...notes of lemon meringue, pear, and tart green apple...light weight on the palate, but bright lively and thirst quenching... glad to have a few more... but thinking of 6 or 12 more. Doesn’t taste New World at all...simply an extraordinary bottle of wine. The longer the wine was open the better it got...Reinforces my love of Willamette Valley Chardonnay. If you like restrained, complex, impeccably balanced Chardonnay... run, don’t walk to the website before it’s gone!

Dec 9th, 2020Lovely light straw color clear as a September sky. Faint lemon beneath pear and a touch of vanilla. Drank over three days and last glass made me wish I had waited couple years to open. This will be superb in several years. Patience
