Pop and pour, notes from 24 hrs open. Wow, this is stunning now. On the nose: loads of perfume, cola, sweet red fruit. On the palate: fantastic acidity, good density, raspberry coulis, cola, spice, fruit, velvety tannin on the finishm. Absolutely lovely now, but loads of potential for the future.

The move for these youngish KF wines is to open and drink a small glass and just put the cork in it and revisit in a day or two. Drank this over three days and last day was the best. Stellar Pinot.

I fkd up the pairing. Indian food too overpowering. Saved and drank it for dessert. Dank red fruit, fruit forward. Distinctive. Dusty cherry juice. . Next bottle will pair with roasted chicken & morel cream sauce.
