Interesting process: 1/3 aged in next oak, rest in old oak, for 11 months, then all in steel for 6 months. Can smell oak/butter/vanilla. Taste is pure vanilla and very creamy, making it seem sweet, but taste is very clean and refreshing. Actually may like it, would be good to try again at home.
