Really fun experiment. Bright red fruit, cherry cola, good acidity with almost no tannic grip. Co-ferments are usually fun.

Açaí berry and petrichor aroma. Getting slate immediately upfront that turns into an unripe blueberry note. Some rindy melon and pipe tobacco on the mid palate. Grapefruit zest like drying finish.
