Very pretty notes of apple, pear, honeysuckle, preserved lemon and white pepper on the nose. Palate presents a slight prickle, with a pervasive but clean acidity. Medium bodied, dry, and quaffable. Added some to the pan while cooking a salmon filet with lemon and rosemary. Great pairing.

Opened this early because the cork was starting to push out of the bottle and looked soaked through. Wine was in great shape!!! Lean, clean, and long. Petrol on nose, lime and underripe tropics on palate. Snappy, fresh, mineral.

Funky, in a good way. Loads of petrol and wet socks on the nose, but palate opens to white/yellow flowers, peaches, nectarines, and candied ginger. Touch of effervescence and finishes dry.
