The smell of lilacs in the house, a sliver of sunshine slicing through the curtain, the garden salad on the table and this beautiful wine. It made my day.

May 10th, 2020Such weight on the front of this wine! This wine is incredibly smooth. Has a nice honeysuckle and kiwi/melon fruit front, which is present in abundance. Some butter, but mostly powered by the sweeter tropical and citrus rich fruit notes. As it warmed up, this one has more of a peach and drunken Asian pear type of profile. This wine poured a light straw color into the glass and just very enjoyable from start to finish. 20 years left at least!

Jan 27th, 2018Mosel, my Mosel! what a delight. ripe sweetness with only 8% :-) Almost 10 years old but very stable and a perfect balance with a light acidity. Welcome weekend!
