One of my last tastes of the night and really fun counter program to the Bordeaux preceding it. Expresso, chocolate covered blackberry, young beautiful fruit.

08' Decanted for 1 hour. Great wines!

Full bodied, amazing viscosity, rich mouthfeel, string tannins, peppery aftertaste, pairs perfectly with a well seasoned filet.

Deep dark cherries and berries Luchious wine

Just starting to open up. New world Cab with old world sensibility. Very nice.
