Nose: honeysuckle, elderflower, pear, orange zest, cooked apple. On the palate it is soft and rounded. Typical characteristics of a Chardonnay. It was lovely.

very different chardonnay from what i’ve been drinking for last few months. i could expect melon, honey, floral notes… nothing like this.
this one is super fresh, crisp, kept in beton for half a year and the stone flavor is strong. very high acidity with lovely, long lemon finish. green apple and lime. and citrus, citrus everywhere. nice stuff.
btw “beton” in polish means concrete… no idea if it was by purpose?
