A very decent PB from Poland.
Organic, aged 8m on fine lees in a concrete egg.
Quite performed with ripe red pear, apple, a hint of white flowers. Round yet fresh.
On the palate with nice balance, juicy acidity and nice presence.
Not as mineral as in Südtirol, no oak ad in Germany and without the orchard richness of Alsace, yet still very nice & enjoyable. — 2 years ago
