Estate Grown Moon Mountain District Sauvignon Blanc

Concrete egg aging. Very influenced by Sancerre and French winemaking. Not quite as racy or lively as many SBs, which was unique. The acidity was closer to a dull roar, quietly keeping the whole picture together without coming to the forefront. Unique.

Rich with intense apricot and citrus. light lemongrass, the oak gives it pleasant weight #sauvblanc
