That oh so good funk, olives, blood and a mound of white pepper. Could use time but I think it will def come together.

Dark Plum and black olive flavors. Organic Earth, leather and herbal aromas. Smooth texture and soft tannins. Very Old World style for a New World Wine.
Revisited this one in December 2019. Same as above but with a large amount of smoke aromas. Revisited in July 2021. Big aromas of Smokey beef jerky, which carries through to the finish.
