Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

Probably would have enjoyed a longer slumber in the cellar but this is one great Napa Cab. Floral, dark and earthy cherry......a touch herbal with smooth and very refined tannins. Balanced throughout. Impressed.

It's a bit soft at first but WHAT a finish. Tried it blind. What a treat.

Loving these Juslyn wines

Blackberry, cassis, eucalyptus, oak, mocha, licorice and hints of sage & mint. Great structure and moderate tannins.

Setting isn't ideal, no wine glasses but my UCLA classmates didn't care. They loved it!
