Apr 7th, 2020July 4th Friday was a total blowout! Killer bottles one after another. Here are just a few of the bottles we all enjoyed!
I don’t think I’ve ever had a SauvBlanc with as much grapefruit as there was here. Wow. It dominated every part of the wine, with added pink sea salt, lemon rind and sharp acidity. More than anything, this just seemed really young. Hold for another 2-3yrs.
