This wine is medium-dark in its purple color. The nose is a jammy black-and-blue berry festival with notes of the oak aging it underwent - vanilla, cinnamon and cedar. The palate is juicy and full of cherries and berries. It is sipping very nicely, but the tannins are firm enough to welcome a steak or pork chop.

The 2019 Vintage of this CS is a great overall wine. Sweet notes with hints of cinnamon spice for the nose. Drinking invites a full fruit flavor tasteful sours and ending smooth with a revisit of the spices. Great by itself or with red meats and carbs from my experience.

Skirt steak with Josh was a good combo. Bought wine at Longs Drugstore for $14 and paid $15 corkage. Nice value priced wine.
