Yum! Lovely zin that is drinking so fresh and vibrant right now. Confiture, dried red and black fruit, sweet/sour, leather, amaro spices, cinnamon, dried flowers, eucalyptus, white pepper, vanilla, kiss of sweet tobacco. Warm, spice driven, sweet and grainy tannin that have integrated offering a textural presence. Love aged Zin!

A tad sour for my taste...over the hill already? ⛰ Update: Improved immensely after breathing in glass and accessing with #coravin a few days later.

Firing now. All that junk-in-the-trunk needed time to flesh out, and man, does it still pack a sophisticated punch. 15.2 with vibrant tannins and powerful briary dry fruit all wrapped in elegant wet mouthfeel.

Not sure about 12.9% abv claim, distinctive Mancini Ranch character, brambly AF
