A stunning white Burgundy. The nose is far richer than the palate. The oak is so effortlessly integrated with ripe citrus and stone fruit. Quite lean seeming with a textured palate of peach, lemon curd, and minerals.

This is what we want from a village Puligny. stony but just enough fruit. With grilled tuna? Yum.
