Buttery, smooth. This 2009 is what Montrachet is supposed to be all about. A great drink, can be a bit on the pricy side though.

This is my fav white burgundy and this lived up to its reputation as elegant and restrained but with great clarity and definition. And with nice acidity that is so refreshing. And will age well.
