Chablis Chardonnay

2020Vintage- lemon- lime , a certain stoniness , white flowers , very representative of Chablis - great with Chicken Piccata

Vintage 2013 / a fine aged Chablis with vanilla and citrus in smell, balanced taste with some minerality and again citrus. True to type. Paired with frittata and grilled eggplant, perfect lunch.

God I hope this is a bad bottle. Grossly oxidized. And a green almost bacterial quality. Wow it was bad.

Pleasant easy going mineral and fresh, relatively on the light side, a touch of citrus, grape fruit, lots of minerals, medium bicycle crisp finish. My score 85, drink to 2019

Juicy burst at first, then classic dryness in the finish. Acid is medium, finish is medium minus, but great harmony on the palate.

So much wet stone I felt like a kid swimming in the creek!
