Tasted in May 2014: no idea why this wine doesn't have more love. This is one of the most incredible values and smells I've ever encountered. Just one sniff is like a decadent perfume--in the best possible way--with notes of litchi, ginger, roses, white flowers, lemon, as well as mild straw, petrol, and grapefruit aromas.

Jan 18th, 2018Honey, melon, mango and pineapple. Subtle but lingering acidity helped keep this in balance. Would pair swimmingly with spicy Thai or curry. Not my favorite Cattin I've had but still great value for an Alsace Grand Cru.

Nice and spicy with good tropical fruits. Little on the sweet side but nice with Indian food.
