I’ve been traveling down South for a week and drinking whiskey. So maybe I’m just starved for a great glass of wine. But...wow. Creamy and rich with a light, tight mousse. Strawberry front with an orange creamsicle finish. Feels like a real indulgence, as sparkling rose should.

Never had a sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon before, but thoroughly enjoyed this wine. A touch sweet, with red fruits and brioche. Would definitely drink it again.
