La Baraquee Côte de Brouilly Gamay

A bright and fun Bojo. Crunchy cherry fruit shot through with gravel and crushed stone. Very mineral texture. Not super concentrated but nice.

100% Gamay from a site in Odenas, in Brouilly, the southernmost and most extensive of the Beaujolais crus. Vines are 70 years old and rooted in sandy pink granite. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration, fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. Juicy, crunchy red fruit
