Almost pitch black core, super dark garnet red. Lovely nose, minerality, dark berries and savory. Great tannins (6.5/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Lush and dry palate with some earthiness and dried berries. Definitely not backing down. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2023.

So drinking this bottle over hours was fantastic! Such a great balance of jam and oak with bright cherry tartness. Also how many times can you drink a 90+ percent Pettit Verdot. Great wine.
