Barsotti Vineyard Gamay Noir

Stunning cranberry-violet color. Inviting nose of pomegranate, red cherry, rose, violet, and red licorice, with some fresh earth undertones. Bright, juicy, and lively on the palate. Not super complex but really delicious and fun. Slight CO2 spritz and tart red fruit, with some zippy acidity. Perfect chilled.

Lovely darkish fruit juice that’s been poured over stones drenched in ocean water. A lively start with a salty finish.
