Medium lemon , touches of gold , quite young looking . Really aromatic with candied peel , marzipan , white flowers , baked apple, orange peel . On the palate this is quite sweet and rich , but with high balanced acidity . Candied peel , baked apple , barley sugar , camomile . Quite intensely sweet finish , but with good underlying bracing acidity . Lightness of touch with great intensity . Still pretty young and sweet . From now and over the next 10 -15 years
