Zippy Riesling that was a true expression of Kabinett. Slate and apple with enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Not terribly complex through the evolution and lacked character, but it was a textbook execution.Certainly worthy of aging like all JJ's, but easily an everyday drinker. Recommended to all on Thanksgiving for a great wine to share.
