A great combination! Dittmers merguez, potato pancakes and roasted romanesco went with this olive and dark fruit Cab Franc perfectly. Why do we try and pair over ripe Rhone with merguez when we know that we don't like it? Let there be acid!

I’m a big fan of CF…but, not too sure on this one. It’s the heavy-handed tobacco leaf/capsicum profile that gives me much pause.
