Freshly cut green herbs, lively lemon and loaded with minerals.

No notes, family lunch with my parents and my brother's family. Second take in 2 weeks, this time with oysters. A pairing made in heaven!

Chalky note with lemon. It's so very fresh it screams oysters. The palate is very well made with a great, massive acid drive, some lemony notes, that chalky mouthfeel, it's edgy, it's fresh, it's cool! Long fresh finish

Jo Landron is one of my favorite Muscadet producers. Lots of citrus, wet rock minerality slight bit of salinity with crisp acidity. Amazing bottle for $17!

Salty, austere, fresh and highly drinkable. Surprisingly fruity (apples!) on the nose, yet with the typical Muscadet freshness and mineral salinity on the palate. Licking salty rocks as always. Love it!

My palate leans toward a more racier side of MdB. Regardless, with this MdB one is in excellent hands with vigneron Jo Landron.
