Deep Ruby with medium + aromas of black fruits and spice. On the palate black currant, blackberry and black cherry flavors with cinnamon and eucalyptus notes. Full-body with vivid acidity, grippy full tannins on long finish. Needs some bottle age to soften, very good, nice value. Tasting Sample.

Deep ruby with aromas of black berries, spice, and a fresh herb of some sort. On the bud, black currant, blackberry, and tart cherry. Tannins are smooth, but finish is a bit short. Great with our baby back ribs and Brussels sprouts. I’d certainly buy it again as an everyday drinking Cabernet.

In Houston. Ran out of our “imported” wines so we hit Costco to replenish our supply. Couldn’t find any of our favorites from last summer so trying some new stuff under $20. Probably won’t buy again.
