Really excited to see this Greek variety made by a great Australian producer and to find it on a wine list. Hats off to the winemaker for a crisp, lifted and refreshing wine and to Catalina for being bold enough to put it on a wine list

Jan 8th, 2020Interesting to find Assyrtiko grape grown in Clare Valley. Bright acidity paired perfectly with local rock oysters with lemon pepper granita at Bennelong in Sydney Opera house. So refreshing on a sunny day.
