Transported straight back to Santorini.
Sipping great wine, with great people in an amazing part of the world.

Really excited to see this Greek variety made by a great Australian producer and to find it on a wine list. Hats off to the winemaker for a crisp, lifted and refreshing wine and to Catalina for being bold enough to put it on a wine list

A bit reductive, but once it opens up it reveals a classic Assyrtiko character

Lovely texture in the mouth. Lemon curd, mineral, slight saltiness. Love it!

Interesting to find Assyrtiko grape grown in Clare Valley. Bright acidity paired perfectly with local rock oysters with lemon pepper granita at Bennelong in Sydney Opera house. So refreshing on a sunny day.
