50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir. Pale yellow in color, heady apricot scent with a touch of honey. Crisp with good minerality, not terribly complex, but I Guess I'd expect that given the low percentage of Pinot Noir.
