Has really come alive in the last 6 months. Don't drink it too cold!

With Oyster stew. Young. Firmed up in the bottle over the last few months. Mineral, fresh, lively. Could have used something with a bit more bottle age with dish, but quibbling. Rebuy.

Spoiled with '08s and '10s, but solid tension. Floral. Texturally and on palate over-performs.

Love Fichet. Snappy acid, yellow fruit. Floral. Nice taut finish. Yum!

Started out crisp like a Chablis then picked up weight with air and food. Another Rare Wine Co selection. Good value.

Showing much better than the last bottle. Delicate white flower perfume. Almost weightless on the palate, yet brimming with nectarine and lime. Tangy mineral finish.
